Before completing the application there are a few things to consider:

• A successful Tournament Program hinges on TD�s working together as a team towards the betterment of the Ladder Community. As a leader, it is imperative that you can work as a TEAM with your fellow Head TD�s � setting the example for all TD�s to follow.
• The Head TD position can be stressful and time consuming: You will be required to mediate between �friends� and �enemies� alike - without bias. You never know when you will not be able to play in a tournament (or host a tournament) because a TD requires your assistance.
• I will be looking for applications that are well thought out and written professionally, because as a Head TD you will be required to correspond with TD�s and members of the Ladder Community.
